gents For All respects your privacy. This notice explains how personal information is collected and used through this website, membership system and newsletter.

The data controller decides why and how personal information connected with Agents For All is processed.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:

  • your email address when you subscribe;
  • your name, if you choose to provide it;
  • your membership and newsletter preferences;
  • information about newsletter confirmation, delivery, opens and link clicks where newsletter analytics are enabled;
  • information about pages or posts viewed while you are signed in;
  • messages or replies you send to us;
  • limited technical and security information needed to operate and protect the website.

Please do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information by email.

3. Why we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • provide the Agents For All newsletter and membership service;
  • confirm and manage your subscription;
  • send the emails you have requested;
  • respond to questions, replies and support requests;
  • understand which content is useful and improve future editions;
  • protect the website and prevent misuse or spam;
  • meet legal, regulatory or administrative obligations.

We rely on:

  • your consent to send the newsletter and related email communications;

5. Ghost and service providers

Agents For All is hosted and operated using Ghost(Pro).

Ghost Foundation processes membership, website and newsletter data on behalf of the publication as a service provider and data processor. Other carefully selected providers may also be used for infrastructure, email delivery, domain management, security or technical support.

These providers may process information only as needed to supply their services and are required to protect it appropriately.

6. Analytics

At launch, Agents For All uses Ghost’s native first-party analytics to understand how visitors and members interact with the website and newsletter.

Ghost’s native website analytics are cookie-free. When a member is signed in, Ghost may record member activity so that the publication can understand which content is useful.

Agents For All does not currently use advertising trackers, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics or other third-party website analytics tools.

Agents For All does not sell analytics data to advertisers.

If third-party analytics, advertising tools, affiliate services or embedded services that require cookies are added later, this notice will be updated before those tools are activated.

7. Cookies and sign-in technology

Ghost does not set non-essential cookies by default.

Essential technology may be used to provide secure sign-in, membership, account and administrative functions. These functions cannot operate correctly without the necessary technical storage.

Third-party content embedded in future pages or posts may operate under the privacy and cookie policies of its provider.

8. International processing

Ghost states that Ghost(Pro) servers are located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. In limited situations, support or maintenance may involve processing outside the European Union under appropriate data-protection safeguards.

Other service providers may operate in different countries. Where required, appropriate safeguards will be used for international transfers.

9. How long we keep information

Subscription and membership information is generally retained while your membership is active.

If you unsubscribe, some information may remain temporarily for suppression, security, record-keeping or legal purposes so that your unsubscribe request is respected.

Messages, support requests and administrative records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.

10. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to:

  • request access to your personal information;
  • correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • request deletion;
  • restrict certain processing;
  • object to processing based on legitimate interests;
  • receive certain information in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent at any time;

11. Unsubscribing and managing your account

Every newsletter email includes a link to unsubscribe or manage your preferences.

You can unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing from newsletter emails may not automatically delete all membership or administrative information, but you may separately request deletion of your account.

12. Children

Agents For All is intended for a professional and adult learning audience.

It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children.

13. Changes to this notice

This Privacy Notice may be updated when the website, newsletter, service providers or legal requirements change.

The latest version will always be published on this page, together with the date of the most recent update.
